Michal Menert has posted the next chapter in the Free Elements Series with his release of Eventide (Elements: Part Three – Water). This track features a nice hitting beat up front with high pitched samples, funky loops and guitar tracks giving way to a chill under-water tempo like change then kicked into an ambient drum-n-bass feel towards the end. Might be the best one of the series. Will have to wait till the fourth installment drops before final favoritism is shown.

Talk about a Furthur Friday treat. An official soundboard of Furthur’s performance at the Beacon Theatre on April 15th, 2012 has just surfaced to Archive.org. This was one of eight shows taking place in the spring in New York City. The track listings are a little out of sync with the setlist so you’ll have to adjust your playlists accordingly with placing Deal in the first set set and Althea in the early second set. Enjoy!

The internet was set ablaze last week with the Conspirator single, PowWow, released into the hands of the fans for free. It set the tone for the new Unleashed EP that was about to drop shortly after, and last night via the band’s SoundCloud page, it has my friend. The super-group electronic-rocker quarter consists of Marc Brownstein (Bass) and Aron Magner (Keys) of The Disco Biscuits, Chris Michettie (Guitar) of RAQ, and KJ Sawka (Drums) of Pendelum.
