Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and Grateful Dead productions have collaborated to produce a craft beer and dead head’s dream pairing, American Beauty. The latest addition to Dogfish’s 0ff-centered ales and second one nodding to an iconic piece of musical history (first one Dogfish’s Bitches Brew), American Beauty is an Imperial Pale Ale brewed with American hops, barley, and ______?
This is where you come in. The suggestion box for the final ingredient, which should have some sort of Grateful Dead story behind it, will open up in December. American Beauty should be available next October according to Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione.
