Strangefolk Original Lineup To Reunite in March

The best news of the year has just landed on the Endless Boundaries desk. Strangefolk has just announced a “very special reunion weekend with founding members Reid Genauer, Jon Trafton, Erik Glockler, and Luke Smith.”

The reunion weekend will take place on Friday March 30th at Higher Ground in Burlington, VT and Saturday, March 31st at State Theatre in Portland, ME! It will be the first time the original lineup has performed together since September of 200o when the band said farewell at their own festival, Garden of Eden which took place in New Haven, VT.

No other dates have been posted yet, so this might be the only opportunity for fans to relive some great moments from the mid 90’s till the break up. Strangefolk frontman, Reid Genauer, would leave the band in 2000 to pursue a degree from Cornell University and eventually form Assembly of Dust. Reid was replaced by another powerful vocalist inĀ Luke “Patchen” Montgomery”.
