Fourteen years ago today (January 16th), The Disco Biscuits brought their trance fusion and refreshing improvisational sounds to Washington College’s Student Center in Chesterton, MD. If you listen to the Endless Boundaries radio show on Saturday nights at Z889, you’d know 1998 and 1999 Bisco years are ones to be cherished.

The Breakfast’s Tim Palmieri is a guitarist I’ve been trying to push on you for years at Endless Boundaries Radio. From the moment I saw him shred live in Philadelphia and The Khyber under then-named Psychedelic Breakfast, I’ve been a fan.
With coffee in hand I begin the week sifting through the most recent uploads on Archive.org to see what the generous tapers have delivered to us fans. Most of the time, it’s not last night’s show I’m looking for, its the one recording that has been sitting on a tapers desktop or DAT collection waiting to be transferred.
Dopapod unloaded it’s second studio album, Drawn Onward, online yesterday as a free Christmas present download. The band will offer fans the chance to purchase a physical CD due out in February. Meanwhile, Dopapod will take time off till then to write new music and prepare for their Winter 2012 Tour in support of the new release.
