Ever since a listener turned me onto Chicago’s Mr. Blotto, I’ve been hooked ever since. Guitarist and lead vocalist Paul Bolger has such a unique sounding voice that also offers the raspy whiskey soul sounds comparable to an updated version of Joe Cocker or Van Morrison. Lead guitarist Mark Hague’s tones and solos compliment Bolger perfectly with the rest of the band providing a solid mix to bring a truly enjoyable and welcoming evening of music.
