One of our most beloved bassists in the scene, Phil Lesh, celebrates his 73rd birthday today. And to celebrate, EB would like to offer up those classic soundboard recordings that shook the Phil and Phish tape trading scene when Trey Anastasio and Page McConnell joined Phil on stage for three nights at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco on April 15th-17th back in 1999.

On Thursday, December 6, Trey Anastasio will join Neil Young & Crazy Horse at a special benefit concert at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ. Proceeds from the evening, billed as “A Special Evening With Neil Young & Crazy Horse,” will go to the American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy relief effort.
