It’s been a few months since Pretty Lights offered up the free download for everyone and this new track is completely worth the wait. Derek Vincent AKA Pretty Lights describes the new tune as “soulful hip-hop jam laced with a vocal hook that is uplifting, reflective, optimistic, and hauntingly beautiful all at the same time”

Umphrey’s McGee Pays Respect to Etta James with Special Guest Jennifer Hartswick

With the news coming down friday of the passing of music legend, Etta James, after losing her battle to Leukemia, Umphrey’s Mcgee would pay their respects to Mrs. Etta James by teaming up with the powerful Jennifer Hartswick at a sold out Best Buy Theater show last night in New York City.
